Affordability

Cohousing is a creative solution for those of moderate incomes to be able to afford homes in one of the most expensive real estate markets in the country. We have chosen to live together and to share our resources in order to make our future neighborhood more affordable and reduce the impact on the environment. While the realities of building cohousing in present-day United States often favor people of middle and upper income, we continue to look for creative solutions that will make it possible for people of more modest income to live in our community.
